Hello lovely viewers!
I had some old friends over in Ibiza last weekend from Leeds. They have known me a while and were pleased to see the transformation I have made as the life they previously saw me in wasn’t a pretty one. I was lost. But one of them didn’t understand why I felt so lost, because on the outside I seemingly had an amazing life.
It goes to show how much your ‘inner’ world can be light years away from your ‘outer’ world.
I want to share with you how my thoughts about my own life (inner world) were creating a very bleak reality (outer world) but this is OK. It doesn’t matter what other people see.
How you see yourself and your world is what you CAN change an be in control of.
