Hello lovely readers,
So I’m sure you’ll know that I just love anything GREEN! This smoothie is a special one, not to be missed! It’s so simple, cheap and incredibly refreshing. It’s a good source of protein and iron too!
Ingredients
1 Apple
Handful Spinach leaves
The Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
Method
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth & enjoy it!
Tip: A high powdered blender is best to enjoy a creamier texture, otherwise it can be a little grainy and not as special as it could be!
