Beetroot, Carrot, Apple & Ginger Juice
I love this juice!!! It has so many benefits by combining these 4 wonderful ingredients. Not only is it packed full of essential vitamins and minerals, it cleans your digestive system. It is our 6th sense, and when you neglect your digestive system, your immune system is lowered, you can suffer form low self-esteem, bloating, poor bowel movements and prone to illness. This of course all have a knock on effect on all areas of your life, so it really is essential to look after your digestion.
Beetroot and carrot, although they are root vegetables that have some natural sugars, they have goodies in them that promote heart health such as alpha and beta carotenes and lutein. Combine these two with apple helps keep blood pressure under control, protects our heart which is already heavily taxed from stress, and help to keep the levels of bad cholesterol down.
Try it out with different amounts of each and see what you like more. You can add lemon too to give it a real zing!!
