Your Mess Is Your Message

trauma to triumph

Feeling troubled and struggling to reach the ‘flow’ state, I felt I needed something else and it arrived in a rather unpleasant package, but it arrived nonetheless.

All of the struggle I had in creating content, getting my message out there and how to feel like I was really making a difference was no longer a struggle. It was as though all of a sudden I could see clearly, without all of the bullshit thoughts of what I need to do next, how I should structure my day, desiring to speak to other coaches, experts & online entrepreneurs about their business and their successes.

Deep down I knew I had everything I always needed to translate my knowledge into something tangible, relatable and inspiring to others. I was in my own way. I was my own biggest obstacle. This is something I have heard people say about their own business, but couldn’t figure out how to tap into this ‘flow’. I felt like I’d tried everything & wasn’t quite there.

But then as soon as I stopped trying, I was floating around with such happiness, then I was smacked in the face with pure disbelief & sheer trauma. Now I am not saying that it’s the only way to create profound change, but it’s usually the surest way to give you a kick up the ass.

These ‘Life Lessons’ I am sharing will elevate the quality of your life, erase the habit of worry & create a life of simplicity, serenity and synchronicity.

These things always have a habit of hitting you when you least expect it, but always when you need it.

The last time something as traumatic as this happened, I lost myself in partying & getting wasted as it was the only way I knew how to deal with it. But nearly 4 years on from the last trauma, I am in a total different place completely unrecognisable from the person I was & the life I was living.

The life I have now here in Ibiza would have been something I dreamt about, but never believed possible. But if it weren’t for that previous trauma, I wouldn’t have embarked on the adventure I’ve been on for the last 4 years.

There are always ways to improve your life, your business & your relationships. You can always take a look at new business opportunities, invest in your own development and transform your health. But for some reason, most people only make a serious change during a crisis. It’s easier to stay as you are, the well known phrase being, ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.’

But what if you don’t know that you’re broken? What if you don’t even realise the food you’re eating is slowly creating chronic illness? What if you don’t believe in your heart that relationships are meant to be full of love & adventure EVERY DAY and not ‘just how things get after a while’? What if you’re totally unaware of the bigger world there is out there if you only did some more self-education and exploring?

People do things in DESPERATION or INSPIRATION, whether conscious or not.

Whatever you do in this life, act out of inspiration. Do every single thing that makes you feel alive and radiating happiness from your heart. But even when the times come that feel desperate and are traumatic, be sure to look at it with eyes wide open as to the opportunities this will unveil for you. I share more on this in the next article…

With your deepest pain comes your higher purpose & a chance to create the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, you can rise up and triumph no matter what circumstance is thrown at you.  As the legend goes, “When The phoenix resurrects from the flames, she is even more beautiful than before.
